Refund requests must be made within 15 days of delivery date. After 15 days from
delivery date you must contact Runtopia Customer Service to determine the best course
of action. Runtopia will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities,
such as distributors or retail partners. Defective units are covered under Runtopia's policy, which will be replaced at Runtopia's cost.
In addition, currently we can't provide an actual "send-back" return due to our own condition. But when the product is qualified for "return", a money refund will be issued by Runtopia. Since all sports fans come to us for fantastic products, it typically takes 7-9 business days for orders to get to our customers from most of the countries. International shipping time might be vary due to natural weather conditions, but it's usually within 7-10 days. The cost of shipping is $10 to the 48 Contiguous of United States, $15 to Hawaii and Alaska. For a limited time, we are offering a promotional shipping rate of $25 to Canada, and $30 to everywhere else. Customers may incur additional charges for heavy items, and international customers are responsible for any additional taxes once shipped.
